Our Caravan

Our privatly owened and maintained family caravan is a Gold standard WILLERBY 37 – 12ft wide 3 bedroom holiday home with a secure lockable and gated 20 X 8ft timber veranda, a FULL size Double bedroom and two twin bedrooms – with a fold out 4ft bed in the lounge for occasional use and loads of storage space, heating is via a Gas Fire in the lounge and electric radiators in the bedrooms – a Shaver point and Hair Drier, The bathroom is of good size with large wide double shower & basin & heated towel rail. A separate WC & basin, with doors into a central hallway.
A vacuum cleaner,iron & ironing board & laundry airing rack, two portable beach chairs, spades, games, etc to add to your comfort and enjoyment. Ample dishes and tools for all your cooking needs – including a full size domestic 4-burner cooker oven & grill, toaster, microwave, kettle, George Forman grill and all the cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery that you will need for a stress free holiday experience.

Hot water, Gas, and Electricity are inclusive.

All bed linen is provided ie. Duvets, covers, sheets, pillows & cases – but please remember to bring towels and toiletries. The beds are made up for your arrival.

The lounge area has comfortable high back seating, a set dining area, and a 26in digital TV, DVD player DVD’s and a Play Station 2 with a number of games for your entertainment.

The caravan also has a large lockable veranda with a table & chairs for comfortable out door dining and relaxation and is a very safe-secure area for small childern to play

Also provided is Tea, Coffee, Sugar & Milk and also some bits that you may have forgotten so that you can have a relaxing ‘chill out’ after your journey Have Fun!

  We intended to stay for three days to see what this part of Cornwall had to offer we were so surprised by the caravan and site that we extended our stay for the full week. Its so easy to get onto the safe sandy beach that we missed out on some of the near places that we intended to visit so we have already booked for next year.

  We as a family had a magic time at the Sands Holiday Park. Everything we wanted was close to hand the site was perfect for the children to play in complete safety .The places you suggested to visit were easy to get to, the Eden Project was great on the one day it rained. All in All a perfect relaxing, quiet holiday break, Thanks
