Terms and Conditions
(1) Deposit of £50(non refundable) per booking and balance 6 weeks prior to arrival, telephone bookings are accepted if the deposit is received within 5 days. Cheques made payable to
R & J Webb. Postal bookings Ron Webb 7, Polyear Close, Polgooth, St. Austell PL26 7BH. Bookings are then confirmed by return post or E-mail on receipt of deposit./em>
(2) Linen is included, no dogs and no smoking allowed.
(3) Prior to your arrival we will ensure that the caravan has been cleaned thoroughly. It would be appreciated if it could be left in the same condition on your day of departure.
(4) No liability can be accepted for damage or injury incurred on Par Sands Holiday Park.
(5) Lettings are deemed to commence at 3pm on the day of arrival and cease at 10.00am on the day of departure.
(6) The key can be collected by prior arrangement on arrival with the owner on 0172670427 or by post prior to arrival together with the vehicle entry pass.
(7) We reserve the right to decline acceptance or to expel any visitor for conduct detrimental to the site or the comfort of other visitors.
(8) If the booking is made within the 6 week timescale then the full amount is payable at the time of booking.
(9) We reserve the right to re-let the caravan if the rental monies are not paid on time, or if the accommodation is not claimed by 8pm on the day of arrival unless prior arrangements have been made with us.
(10) All monies are non-refundable if a cancellation is made within 21 days of arrival.
(11) The owners do not accept responsibility for any damage, injury or theft during the duration of the visit.
(12) Visitors should ensure that they have adequate Travel Insurance in place to cover issues arising from points 4, 9, 10 and 11.
(13) The owners are relieved from liability should he accommodation not be available due to circumstances beyond their control, in which case the deposit will be refunded in full
(14) Any breakages, spillages, laundry problems or general damages incurred during your stay must be notified to us immediately on 0172670427 so that we can remedy the problem as soon as posible. Then arrangements can be made to pay for the same before departure.
(15) We are unable to accept bookings from all male or all female parties.
INSURANCE COVER Please note that Electrical appliances and the Gas fire must be swithed OFF if the caravan is left unoccupied
